Holding group — Europe
The group builds and operates direct-to-consumer brands for European markets.
We define the positioning, identity and product range of each brand in the group, then take it to market under its own name.
Each brand sells on its own storefront. The group holds the customer relationship, the payment record and the returns process end to end.
Tax registration, consumer-law obligations, language and fulfilment are handled per market rather than translated from one.

Skincare
A facial skincare line produced under private label by an EU contract manufacturer, sold direct to consumers in Poland.
Food supplements
A hair, skin and nails supplement supplied as a 90-day course, produced in Italy, sold direct to consumers in Italy.
Goods are bought in bulk from EU contract manufacturers, imported once, and held at a third-party fulfilment warehouse inside the European Union. Orders ship domestically to the customer.
Each brand sells a single line into a single country, with the storefront, the packaging and the customer service in that country's language.
Design, front-end build and creative production are produced inside the group rather than outsourced to agencies or freelancers.
We sell only from our own storefronts, so the customer relationship and the data stay with the brand.

Cosmetics
Cosmetic products are notified through the CPNP before sale, with a named Responsible Person.
Food supplements
Food supplements are notified to the Italian Ministry of Health, with the company itself as the food business operator.
Consumer rights
Pre-contract information, confirmed orders and the 14-day right of withdrawal are applied in every market the group sells in.
Product safety
Products carry traceability and responsible-person details, with technical documentation retained and a recall route in place.
Taxation
VAT is charged at the customer's local rate and accounted for through local registration or the One Stop Shop, as each supply requires.
Packaging and data
Packaging obligations are registered in each market we sell into. Customer data is processed on a stated lawful basis and subject to access and erasure requests.
