Holding group — Europe
The group builds and operates direct-to-consumer brands for European markets.
We define the positioning, identity and product range of each brand in the group, then take it to market under its own name.
Each brand sells on its own storefront. The group holds the customer relationship, the payment record and the returns process end to end.
Tax registration, consumer-law obligations, language and fulfilment are handled per market rather than translated from one.
One brand is live in preparation. Others will be listed here only once they exist.
First brand in the group
A direct-to-consumer brand selling in the Netherlands, Belgium and Sweden. It is the group's first brand, not one of a portfolio.
Design, front-end build and creative production are produced inside the group rather than outsourced to agencies or freelancers.
Sales are direct. The group is the merchant of record for its brands and does not resell through third-party marketplaces.
Orders are picked and shipped from within the European Union, so customers face no import duty and delivery windows stay short.
The frameworks each brand in the group operates under. Stated as operating standards, not terms.
Consumer rights
Pre-contract information, confirmed orders and the 14-day right of withdrawal are applied in every market the group sells in.
Product safety
Products carry traceability and responsible-person details, with technical documentation retained and a recall route in place.
Taxation
VAT is charged at the customer's local rate and reported through the One Stop Shop, with IOSS used for qualifying imports.
Data protection
Customer data is processed on a stated lawful basis, held within the EU where practicable, and subject to access and erasure requests.
